De binnenkant van een Ecolife Bed

100% natural materials

At Ecolife Beds, we believe in the power of natural materials to improve your sleep. That’s why we consciously choose materials that not only enhance your comfort, but also contribute to a more sustainable future:

Snelgroeiend bamboe

Organic bamboo

Bamboo is one of the most sustainable plants in the world and is grown without pesticides. It is naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic, reducing the risk of allergies. In addition, it is breathable and moisture-regulating, helping to maintain a stable body temperature and keeping your sleep surface cool and dry.

Katoenplant

Organic cotton

This cotton is grown without harmful chemicals, making it better not only for your skin, but also for the environment. Organic cotton is soft, breathable and highly absorbent, ensuring you feel comfortable regardless of the temperature.

vlasplanten

Linen (flax)

Flax is known for its natural cooling properties, making it ideal for warm climates and hot days. It absorbs moisture quickly and releases it easily, contributing to a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.
agave

Sisal (agave fibre)

Sisal, derived from the agave plant, naturally wicks away excess moisture and helps keep your mattress at a comfortable temperature. It is a durable, animal-friendly alternative to traditional materials such as horsehair, offering the same benefits without the use of animal-based products.
paardenhaar

Horsehair

Horsehair has excellent ventilating and moisture-regulating properties, contributing to a comfortable night’s sleep. It absorbs moisture and naturally releases it again, while maintaining an ideal sleeping temperature. Horsehair is strong, resilient, durable and free from allergens, creating a healthy sleep environment. Thanks to its naturally curled fibres, it also provides extra comfort and support, and it is an organic, antibacterial material.
wool

Sustainable wool

Wool provides natural temperature regulation and support, promoting comfort and deep sleep. It is durable, fully recyclable and naturally flame-resistant for added safety. Wool can absorb up to 30% of its weight in moisture without feeling damp, and it adapts to the body’s contours to relieve pressure. Wool contains lanolin, which helps repel bacteria and fungi, making it ideal for allergy sufferers. In our mattresses, wool is combined with cotton for optimal moisture and heat regulation.
woodlifeecolifebed

Our bed frames are made from solid Swedish pine wood, known for its durability and strength. Reinforced corners provide added stability, ensuring your bed is built to withstand years of use. The design, featuring thick, wide slats and a pocket spring system, offers optimal support and minimises your partner’s movements. In addition, we offer a 25-year warranty on both the springs and the frames.

Tailor-made comfort for a good night’s sleep

Each bed is made to order and fully tailored to your personal needs. You can choose from a wide range of sizes, colours and fabrics, including blends of cotton and linen.
